Step 1- Discovery call

It all starts with a discovery call where we’ll chat through your business, your goals, and where you need support. Together, we’ll identify a realistic and strategic approach tailored to your specific needs and make sure we’re the right fit to work together.
Once you’re happy with your tailored package proposal, we’ll get everything officially set up. Contracts will be exchanged, your start date confirmed, and invoices arranged.

With everything taken care of behind the scenes, you can focus on growing your business knowing your customers, community, and brand are in safe hands, without adding more to your plate.
Next, we’ll kick things off with an onboarding call based on your chosen package. This allows me to understand your brand, processes, and priorities so I can seamlessly step in and support you.
